Besides our new solar system,
- Wine Cellar (facility) is built into natural rock which makes it self cooling, maintaining an average annual temperature of 60 degrees.
- 85% of RC vines are gravity fed.(watered without power).
- Use of dry farming techniques.
- Use a tankless water heater.
- Compost all vegetable matter into natural fertilizer.
